Retreat in Thailand

The retreat Island:

KOH YAO NOI is listed in National Geographic’s Six Most Magnificent Places To Do Yoga In The World
This small secret island, remains largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism and is nestled in the heart of Phang Nga Bay, between Phuket and Krabi. A quiet gem that offers an atmosphere of stillness and authenticity — where the only rhythms are the waves, the wind, and your breath.
There are no crowded resorts, no loud bars, no distractions. Just soft beaches, rice paddies, coconut groves, and a deep sense of presence that invites you to slow down and reconnect.
It is no wonder that National Geographic named Koh Yao Noi among the top destinations in the world for yoga and meditation retreats — calling it one of the “wild and beautiful places to practice yoga.” This is a place where serenity is not an escape — it is the natural state of life.
